Shipping & Returns
We aim to dispatch all goods that are in stock within 7 working days from the order date, As many of the pieces are bespoke and painted to order, it may take up to two weeks for pieces to be completed. Once you have ordered, you will be emailed with a timeline of delivery. If you need the items sooner than this please drop us an email and we will do our best to accommodate this for you. Please allow 5 working days for UK shipping. Where applicable the customer is responsible for any duty and taxes that may occur.
If you wish to return an item for some reason, please notify us as soon as possible at email@example.com. Goods must be sent back within 14 days of receiving the items and must have a Returns Authorisation number. Customers are required to pay for the returns to be shipped back and until they are received back in perfect condition it is the customers responsibility, we therefore suggest you use a tracked postage service with insurance.
Should there be any damage to the items in your order when it arrives please notify us immediately and we will endeavour to replace this as quickly as possible.
