Shipping

We aim to dispatch all in-stock goods within 7 working days of the order date. As many pieces are bespoke and painted to order, completion can take up to two weeks; once you have ordered, we will email you a delivery timeline. If you need an item sooner, email us and we will do our best to accommodate this. Please allow 5 working days for UK shipping. Where applicable, the customer is responsible for any duty or taxes due, including for orders outside the UK.

Returns

To return an item, notify us as soon as possible at info@francescostelloe.co.uk. Goods must be sent back within 14 days of receipt and must have a Returns Authorisation number. Return postage is payable by the customer, and the goods remain the customer's responsibility until received back in perfect condition - we recommend a tracked, insured postage service.

If any item arrives damaged, notify us immediately and we will replace it as quickly as possible.
